What cookies do
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can store in your browser. They can help keep a user signed in or remember a preference. Some services use them for advertising or analytics; Bookeeze's current public website does not use those features.
Browsing the public website
You can read our pages and submit an enquiry without accepting advertising or analytics cookies. We do not load analytics scripts, advertising pixels or embedded social media feeds. Fonts and website images are served through our website. Social icons link to external pages only when a page address has been configured.
Essential administrator cookies
The private dashboard uses Supabase authentication cookies to keep authorised administrators signed in and refresh their session. Their names normally begin with sb- and include the project reference and auth-token; large cookies may be split into numbered parts. Their lifetime is controlled by the authentication session and refresh process. Signing out clears the current browser's session cookies.
These cookies are restricted to the website, use HTTPS on production and are not accessible to page JavaScript. They are necessary for dashboard access and are not used for advertising. Public visitors do not need an administrator account.
Security information and external links
The server keeps a hashed request identifier to limit repeated submissions. This is server-side abuse protection, not an advertising cookie. Hosting providers may process network and security information needed to operate the website.
If you follow a link to a social network, map service or another website, that service may use its own cookies. We do not load those services as embedded tracking widgets on our pages.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication cookies may prevent administrators from signing in or staying signed in. It does not turn off server-side security logs or remove enquiries already sent to us.
