Bookeeze Services Pvt. Ltd., Anamnagar, Kathmandu, Nepal, operates this website. This policy explains information handled through the website and enquiries sent to us. The handling of client accounting records is agreed separately when we arrange an engagement.
Information you give us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest, whether you are a Nepal business or an international partner, and a message. Company name and phone number are optional. We also keep a reference number, submission date and enquiry status so we can manage your request.
Please share only a brief description of the support you need. Do not submit passwords, bank account details, payroll files, identity documents or other people's confidential records. We will agree an appropriate way to exchange records if we work together.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss a possible engagement and keep track of the conversation. The form requires your agreement to be contacted about that enquiry. It does not sign you up for marketing, and this website does not send automated enquiry notification emails.
We do not sell enquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. If you email or call us directly, the information you choose to share is used to handle that conversation.
Technical information and cookies
The website uses a hashed request identifier to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse; this identifier is not included in your enquiry. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and error logs to deliver and protect the website.
Public pages do not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts or embedded social tracking widgets. Essential authentication cookies are used for the private administrator dashboard. Read our Cookie policy for more details.
Who can access information
Enquiries are held in a private dashboard for authorised Bookeeze administrators. We use Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for the database, authentication and website media. These providers process information as needed to operate their services. Our current application and database configuration uses Mumbai; hosting networks and provider operations may also process information outside Nepal.
We may need to disclose information to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, or to protect the website from misuse. A separate service arrangement will address access to client records and any additional providers involved in that work.
Public content and external services
Team profiles, photographs, client logos, testimonials and linked social pages published on this site are public. Public pages and images can be discovered by search engines and AI search services. Please contact us if published material about you needs correcting or removing.
Following an external social or map link takes you to another service with its own privacy practices. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email application; your email provider also processes that correspondence.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to respond, manage a resulting relationship or meet applicable legal obligations. We can remove enquiries from the dashboard when they are no longer needed. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider's retention arrangements, so removing a live record may not immediately remove every backup copy.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up on an enquiry. Email bookeezeservices@gmail.com with your enquiry reference if available. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before disclosing or changing a record. If a legal obligation prevents deletion, we will explain the reason.
Our website is intended for business enquiries. If a child has sent us personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us to arrange its removal. You do not need to complete the online form to contact us; our phone number is +977 9851195080.
